I own this AK and lately I've tried to put a 20C 11.1V Li-Po in it and my piston fucking shattered. For some reason I got one with plastic teeth. (And I've bought it from a reputable seller in my country and had it worked on by a reputable techican in my area.) So I think that the internals may be worse from the factory nowadays so be careful out there.

Did you use the 11.1v Lipo for long in this gun, and did it not damage the gun? Or would you advise against using the 11.1v longterm?

Could a LiPo battery be used with this gun? I know NihM is recommended. Nevermind I just saw you test it with Lipo haha

It’s very simple. Put the locks on the rail the way they fit. Put the bolts in and thread the bolts through the locks just so they hold together. Put the rail on where you want it. Turn the bolts so the locks turn sideways, tighten the bolts so the locks hold it in place

Imean, the bolt catch wouldnt work unless you have an empty mag inserted no?

Cyma screwed my build, when they put glue on the front, they didn't glue the adapter to the gun, but they did glue the adapter to the muzzle brake so I couldn't access the grub screw whatsoever no way to grab no way to twist absolutely appalling CYMA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES luckily I've already rethreaded a few guns so I already have proper threading to fix this bullshit but big middle finger to CYMA

2:50 Real one is like that also. Really reminiscent of 1911 with that half cock. Old school drop safety. You can still do it with your thumb, this is just a safer option with one in the pipe if you have sweaty hands or an accident. When you half cock a Zastava Tokarev you can't shoot it, can't rack it, you can drop it... It's not going to do anything unless you cock it back all the way.

HI with regards the spring for the outer barrel lock button that releases the upper barrel. Boy are you right about that button accidentally come all the way out, unfortunately it came all the way out on the field, and my son didn't know to look for the metal spring plate that goes under the button. DO you know of anywhere where you would be able to buy a new one of these metal springs. I have searched the web, and I cant even find an out of stock listing for this part, it's as if they don't exist. Seems crazy to have to throw away a fun gun for the sake of a missing £10 part. Any advice would make you an even bigger star. Thanks in advance.
